The Lapeco atelier or Lapeco as it is widely known today, was originally founded by Lidia Carnevali and Dernini Camillo in Milan in Piazza San Babila in 1939.

After the acquisition of the brand in 1990 by the Ferrario with a passion for growing the legacy even further, it remains a family-run company today, sharing fundamental values such as exceptional quality and made in Italy craftsmanship.
